Checkout and then add your shipping address. Make payment by selecting one of the listed payment options. Once the payment is received, you’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail from us.

Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service at this time.

In case the payment is debited but you did not receive any order confirmation, email us with a screenshot of the order so we can check at our end.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the same. It may take 3 to 7 days for your order to be dispatched based on customization and finishing. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an order shipment email with tracking details. Delivery time is typically 5-6 business days but may vary based on delivery location.

For your order status, you can go to the ‘My Account’ tab on our website and click on ‘Track Order’. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at help@chikankaricloset.com with the subject “Order Number ABCD” where ABCD represents your order ID. We will update the information, if your order hasn’t been shipped.

Please note: No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer free size exchange on all orders provided the same item is available in stock in the requested size. In case of returns, we offer you a store credit with a validity period of 2 months. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to us at their own cost.

Every piece is hand-embroidered & unique. Hence, embroidery motifs may vary slightly from the image. The colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting. Fabric and style are consistent. Minor thread pulls are not considered defects. Each garment is draped and fitted differently. The fit depends on the cut, fabric and styling of each garment. Some will be fitted and some more relaxed. Our Sizing guide will help you make a decision based on your body size. All garments are washed as part of the manufacturing process so they may not have the sheen of a factory-made garment.

We recommend hand wash of all our garments.

Garments with embellishments like mukaish, gota patti, mirror and pearl work are Dry Clean only. Avoid any contact with water or perfume as that may affect the embellishments.

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please notify us hel@chikankaricloset.commentioning order number and the details of the issue you are facing within 2 days once you receive your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on a case-to-case basis. All items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached. After passing the quality check, we will initiate dispatch of the product for exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. We love our products and we’re sure you would love them too. But in case you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return the item in exchange for store credit which is valid for 2 months and can be used for future purchase.
  2. In case of an issue with the size, you can exchange for a different size but emailing us with your order number and desired size and we’ll do the needful. Please note, we do have pickup facility and it is buyer’s responsibility to send the product back to us at their own cost.
  3. We make sure all products are defect and damage free but in case you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the product with a video and images of the defect. Our team will inspect and revert to you with the details of how to ship the product back to us.
  4. No returns or exchanges are available for international orders.
